Planning a journey through Newcastle International Airport? Check your airline's latest flight information and allow enough time for the terminal. This guide covers both the journey to the airport and what happens after landing.
Before a departure
Confirm your flight time and the airline's check-in instructions. Work backwards from the check-in time, allowing for the drive, possible traffic and time to reach the terminal. A pre-booked airport transfer collects you from your chosen address and drops you at the airport.
After an arrival
After collecting your luggage, follow the arrival signs and read the meeting instructions we send before pickup. International and domestic arrivals exit on different sides of the terminal. Cars and minibuses use different Express Car Park meeting areas, so use the map for your vehicle rather than guessing.
Flight changes and driver contact
Provide your flight number when booking so we can track it. Message your driver when you land and again when you leave the terminal, especially if your flight arrived early or is delayed. The pre-pickup email includes the driver's direct number and a tracking link.
Choosing a vehicle
Select a car, MPV or minibus according to passenger numbers and luggage. We offer pre-booked fixed fares, including airport fees, and can arrange child seats on request. Taxi Meet & Greet can also be added.
