What to do when your flight lands
If you provided your flight number, we track the arrival. Send your driver a message when you land and again as you leave the terminal. If your flight is early, late or delayed, text the driver so everyone has the latest information.
Where to meet your driver
Check your 24-hour pre-pickup email for the driver's name, direct mobile number, meeting map and live tracking link. International arrivals are on the north/left side near Greggs; domestic arrivals are on the south/right. Cars use Express Car Park Green and minibuses use Express Car Park Blue. Allow a short walk from the terminal and be at the meeting point before calling.
What your booking includes
You can book a saloon, estate, MPV or a minibus with up to 16 seats. Airport fees are included in the quoted fixed fare. When a flight number is provided, the airport pickup includes up to two hours of free waiting after the scheduled arrival time. Ask for a child seat in advance if needed; parents fit the seats. Taxi Meet & Greet is an optional extra.
