Depending on the circumstances, communication and your driver's schedule, waiting may be extended up to a maximum of two hours without an automatic hourly waiting charge being added to your fare.
There isn't an unlimited waiting guarantee because your driver may have another pre-booked customer afterwards. We simply deal with genuine airport delays reasonably rather than operating a ticking waiting meter.

Before your pre-pickup email is sent, normally around 24 hours before pickup, most booking changes can be made online. Once you've received your pre-pickup email, contact your designated driver directly about any changes. Changes remain subject to availability and may affect your fare.
If the changed journey genuinely costs more — for example, you change the destination, require a larger vehicle or move to a differently priced journey time — you'll only pay the genuine difference in fare.
Non-refundable does not mean non-changeable.
