Manage Your Booking Online

• Log in to your online account

• Use the details sent in your welcome email

• Make changes or cancel your booking

 

Can’t Make Changes in Your Account?

If you are unable to make changes within your account, this may be because a driver has already been allocated to your booking.

If this happens, please email our office or WhatsApp for quick support and we will remove the driver from the booking, allowing you to make the necessary changes.

• Changes are free within this timeframe

• Some upgrades (e.g. larger vehicle or extra stops) may incur additional costs

• Cancellation within this period qualifies for a full refund

If your driver has already been assigned:

• Use the contact details provided in your booking emails

• Contact your driver directly as soon as possible

Refund Information

Full Refund Eligibility

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup qualify for a full refund

 

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a full refund

• This is due to driver allocation and scheduling
