Booking Terms Newcastle Airport Transfers
Booking Process
All bookings must be made through our online booking system or via an approved booking request. Once your journey details are submitted, you will receive a fixed fare quote based on the information provided.
Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. After completing your booking, you will be securely redirected to our payment provider Stripe, where you can pay using a range of methods including Apple Pay. We do not accept cash or card payments in vehicles.

Availability
All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms may vary depending on notice given before the scheduled pickup time.

Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, please contact us. We can resend a secure payment link or provide bank transfer details to complete your booking.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate booking details including pickup time, address and flight information where applicable. Failure to provide correct details may affect your booking.
