After You Book Your Taxi

Booking your Newcastle Airport transfer is simple, secure, and stress-free.

Check Your Details Carefully

Please review your booking confirmation to ensure all details are correct.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including dates, times, a working contact number and pickup details.

 

Step 3 – Your Online Account Access

You will receive a welcome email with login details for your personal account.

Manage Your Booking Online

From your account, you can:

• View and manage bookings

• Make changes or updates

• Access invoices and payment details

Note - If you cant make changes it may be because a driver has allready been aloocated to your booking,

 

Step 4 – 24-Hour Pre-Pickup Email

You will receive an email 24 hours before your journey with:

• Driver and vehicle details

• Contact number and email

• Live GPS tracking link

• Instructions for meeting points

• Information about child seats, meet & greet, and luggage assistance

 

Step 5 – Driver Dispatched (On the Way)

When your driver is on the way, you will receive an email with:

• Driver and vehicle details

• Contact information

• Live tracking link

 

 Step 6 – Driver Arrived & Waiting

Once your driver arrives, you will receive a final notification confirming:

• Driver location

• Vehicle details

• Live tracking

 

Important for Airport Pickups
