"Our driver Alvaro arrived at the pick up point on time, he took the two bag trollies off us and sorted everything out while we got in the car, the car was clean and tidy, he was welcoming, friendly and nice and chatty when we arrived home he took all the cases out and even offered to carry them to the front door. Absolute 5 star service, he made the trip easy and stress free. Would highly recommend Newcastle Airport Transfers and Alvaro for any holiday transfers!"

"Fabulous transfer once again from the airport to home. Unfortunately our flight was delayed however this was not a problem and our driver Alvaro was waiting for us. Comfortable vehicle and very helpful driver. I will almost certainly use Newcastle Airport Transfers in the future and will recommend them to friends and family."

"First class service. Great prices, nice to know the price is set so no surprises. First time of using this Company, great communication of receiving email notifications with drivers details, then also received text from driver on day of departure to let us know he would be waiting and tracking our plane for landing times. Lee our driver was first class, he text when we landed and text where he would be and which vehicle, so no waiting around at 2am. Would definitely recommend this Company. Lee was so friendly and helped with the luggage, great bloke. Definitely be using again."
