​Our mileage rates are kept at a low cost, and the further you travel the cheaper they get. This ensures you get the best value taxi transfer as possible.

 

Online Booking Discount and Return Journey Discounts

Booking Transfers online, allows us to offer you a online booking discounts. This can be a saving of up to 25-40% on a standard cab not pre-booked and s an added incentive those clients who book both there cab journeys with us, will receive a RETURN JOURNEY discount. This is always our "Best and Cheapest Rate."

 

Affordable Pre-Booked Set Fares

Newcastle Airport Transfers, do not operate a in-car meter charging policy.  We prefer to take per-booked fares online. This ensures you know the cost of your transfer before you enter the vehicle and avoids being overcharged. and also prevents standing inline for a cab after a long flight.

 

No Booking Fees & No Card Charges

If you book direct with us on our website, you will not be charged and booking fees and credit, debit card charges. Our website hold our best rates, you will not find our service, available cheaper on any other website. Our "best deal" is always on our website

 

No In-car Waiting Charges,

As our vehicles are not fitted with meters and you have all ready prepaid for your journey. You will not be charged waiting time at traffic lights, traffic jams etc. These make our rates even more competitive. 

 

No Driver Waiting Charges, 

We do not charge for our time waiting, all you pay for is the Airport parking charge, which is included at checkout when you book.

Flight Tracking

IF YOUR LATE, WE WAIT! Our Driver will Track your flight (early or late), and  will arrive at the airport 30 Mins after the flight arrival. You will receive a text and email with his details.  He will wait for your phone call or text to say you have your bags. Then he will enter the airport car park to collect you. This is all  included in the booking and In our experience, this is smoothest way to get through the airport. It also minimizes any park charges and keeps your fare low. 

 

Unlimited Date, Time and Flight Changes

No mater what happens! Maybe a Flight cancellation, a date change or a time change. You can change your booking as many times as you wish. completely free of charge up to 24 hours in advance of the booking collection time.

 

Airport Pick-up and Drop-off Charges (NOT INCLUDED)

When you get your online quote, this will NOT included airport parking charges, but we DO included these charges in the final price when you check out and pay.  Unfortunately Parking charges are not controlled by us, and are paid directly to the airport. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay. THAT'S IT! Your driver will not ask you for anything else.

Free Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so free of charge for "any reason". Up to 24 hours in advance of the booking collection time. A full refund will be issued and this normally takes 7 working days to hit your bank account.
