After I've Booked What Happens Next?​
After you have placed your online transfer taxi booking, we will keep you up to date and informed through every step of your booking! confirmed, driver on the way, to arrived. Below is the list (in sequence) of the email notifications you will receive and there content. Following the email trail will help your track your live booking status real-time.

5 EMAILS TO FOLLOW - STAY INFORMED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Place you booking online and then pay. Within a few minutes you will receive two emails, a booking confirmation and a receipt of payment.

24 HOUR PRE-PICK UP EMAIL
24 hours prior to the booking pickup time, the lead passenger will receive a email with the vehicle and drivers details. This email will also have a link to track / locate your driver in real time on a GPS map. The drivers details will include the mobile number and email address for you to contact them if you wish. ie Car seats, meeting points, meet & greet etc. Feel free to call we are here to help at every step of the booking.
EMAIL 3 - Pre-Pick Up Email

DRIVER DISPATCHED - DRIVER IS ON ROUTE
When you driver begins his journey to collect you, the lead passenger will receive an email notification they are on route, once again the lead passenger will receive an email with the vehicle and drivers details. This email will also have a link to track / locate your driver in real time on a GPS map. The drivers details will include the mobile number and email address for you to contact them.

ARRIVED - DRIVER HAS ARRIVED
When your driver arrives at the designated pick-up point the lead passenger will receive an email notification they have arrived once again the lead passenger will receive an email with the vehicle and drivers details. This email will also have a link to track / locate your driver in real time on a GPS map. The drivers details will include the mobile number and email address for you to contact them.

How do i get a copy invoice? and do i need to request a business invoice?
You do not need to request a Business invoice. You will receive an invoice automatically. If you require an additional invoice or copy in the future simply email us on info@newcastleairporttransfers.com with your booking reference number and we will be happy to email your an additional copy.
