What Happens Next?
Once you’ve booked your transfer online, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You’ll receive a series of emails showing your booking status—from confirmation to your driver’s arrival.
1. Booking Confirmation & Payment Receipt

You’ll receive two emails right after booking: booking confirmation and payment receipt.

Check all details carefully—pickup time, date, addresses, and passenger info are your responsibility.

Didn’t receive it? Check your junk or spam folder. To avoid this in the future, add “Newcastle Airport Transfers” and info@newcastleairporttransfers.com to your contacts.
2. 24-Hour Pre-Pickup Email

Sent to the lead passenger 24 hours before pickup

Includes driver and vehicle details, mobile number, and email

Instructions for car seats, meeting points, or meet & greet
3. Driver Dispatched – On the Way

You’ll get an email when your driver is en route

4. Driver Arrived

What If My Flight Is Delayed, Rerouted, or Cancelled?

We monitor flight arrivals to ensure your transfer is on time, even if your flight is delayed.

There are no extra charges for flight delays. We will wait up to 2 hours before cancelling the booking.

If your flight is delayed more than 2 hours, you are legally entitled to a full taxi refund and compensation up to £520 per passenger from your airline.

Tip: Even though we track flight data, it isn’t always 100% accurate. It’s helpful to keep your assigned driver updated on your flight delay and expected arrival at NCL, and send a text as soon as you physically arrive. Keep your driver updated.
Important: Keeping your driver updated helps us deliver better service. If you do not communicate with your driver, we cannot be held responsible for missed or delayed pickups.
Need to Cancel or Change Your Booking?

Before 24 hours of your transfer: Contact us by email or WhatsApp to cancel or alter flight details, date, or time.

Within 24 hours of your transfer: Contact your driver directly to report delays or make changes.
