What Happens Next After Booking?

Booking your airport transfer with us is easy, secure, and stress-free.
Here’s what to expect once you press the green 'Book Now' button:
1) Book & Pay To Complete Your Booking
Double-check all your booking details—pickup time, date, addresses, and passenger info—then press the green 'Book Now' button. You’ll be securely redirected to Stripe secure payment gateway, where you can complete your booking by securely paying. All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We do not charge any booking or payment fees.
2a) Booking Confirmation & Payment Receipt
Once your payment has been completed, you will automatically receive three emails:

Welcome Email & Account Log On Details
Please take a moment to carefully review your booking confirmation to ensure all details are correct. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including dates, times, and pickup details.
2b) Welcome Email & Account Log on Details
You will also be sent a welcome email containing your login details for your personal online account.
From your account, you can:

View and manage your bookings

Make changes to dates or special requests

Access invoices and payment details

3) Email Notication - 24-Hour Pre-Pickup
You’ll receive an email 24 hours before pickup with:

4) Email Notication - Driver Dispatched & On the Way
When your driver is en route, you’ll get an email with:

5) Email Notication - Driver Arrived & Waiting
Once your driver reaches the pickup point, you’ll receive a final email with vehicle and driver details, plus live tracking.

​What If My Flight Is Delayed, Rerouted or Cancelled?
We monitor flight arrivals to ensure your transfer is on time, even if your flight is delayed.

There are no extra charges for flight delays. Your driver will wait up to 2 hours free of charge from your original arrival time. Please keep your driver informed at all times — if they have no other bookings, they may be able to wait longer.

If your flight is delayed more than 2 hours, you’re entitled to a full taxi refund and compensation up to £520 per passenger from your airline.

Tip: Flight tracking isn’t always 100% accurate. Keep your driver updated on delays and expected arrival, and send a text when you physically arrive to ensure smooth service.
Important: Communication with your driver helps us deliver a better service. We cannot be held responsible for missed or delayed pickups if you don’t keep your driver informed.
Need to Cancel or Change Your Booking?
We know travel plans don’t always go to plan. That’s why we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup, with a full refund and no hassle. Need to make a change instead? You can amend your booking — including dates, times, or passenger details — as many times as you need, free of charge, up to 48 hours before pickup. Our straightforward, flexible policy means you can book with total confidence, knowing you’re covered if your plans change.
