Choosing the right vehicle for your airport transfer is crucial to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey. Understanding your needs is the first step in making the right choice. Consider the number of passengers, the amount of luggage, and the level of comfort you desire. If you're traveling alone or with a partner, a saloon might suffice. However, for groups or families, a minivan or SUV would be more suitable. Larger and for large  groups or large families a vehicle like a Minibus may be more suitable.

Airport transfer vehicles all have Air conditioning and these vehicles provide various amenities such as Wi-Fi, bottled water, usb phone chargers and child seats to cater to different needs and preferences.

It is important for your own comfort and to fulfill legal requirements that you book the right sized car for your journey. Each person in your party must have their own seat, this includes small children and babies. Please note that cars in the UK are significantly smaller than their counterparts in some other countries especially in the USA, Australia, Middle east etc. We cannot emphasize more the need to book the right sized vehicle to meet your requirement;

The first thing you should know is that taxis like hire vehicles are grouped into categories: Saloon, Estate (Station Wagon,) MPV's, large family, people carrier / large MPV's, Minibus. They are not priced by make or model. Secondly, to ensure you book the right vehicle for your needs you need to consider these key factors. Choosing the right vehicle for your airport transfer depends on your luggage size, passenger count, comfort needs, and budget. Consider spacious saloon for luxury, SUV's for large groups, and economy cars for budget travel. 

​Budget: Everyone wants to save money on their taxi. So, it’s only natural you consider the overall cost of the type of vehicle you want to hire.

​Child Seats: If you are travelling with young children you must adhere to the local laws. If you require a child seat make sure you hire a car that can accommodate it on top of your head count and luggage.

​People & luggage: Whilst most cars typically seat 4-5 adults, some have limited boot space. If there are only 2 or 3 people travelling you may be able to use the back seat for extra luggage space. However, if all the seats are full you may need to plan to travel light or hire a larger taxi.
